Sugar
The Company produces brown sugar that is available in over 70% of the country and in most leading retail outlets countrywide. Our sugar is also found in many homes across the country.

We proudly believe we are the experts in the production of brown sugar in Kenya.
The company sells its sugar under the brand name “Muhoroni Sugar”. This is sold in 50, 25, 10 and 5kg bags and in 2, 1 and ½ kg packs. The packed branded sugar was introduced in August 2009 to provide our customers with sugar in exact weight, hygienic and available for all irrespective of the socio-economic group.
Molases
Molasses is currently being sold to both industrial buyers and animal farmers across the country.
The industrial buyers use it to produce the following products:
- Animal Feed
- Rectified Spirit
- Neutral Spirit
- industrial methylated spirit
- dry and wet yeast
Bagasse
This is an environmentally-friendly and relatively cheap source of bio-fuel for running industrial boilers. It is used either in its loose form or compressed to for briquettes. Bagasse has higher calorific content than soft wood and its use reduces the need to cut trees and therefore contributes to conservation of the environment. It is also been used in place of fossil fuels and therefore contributes to the conservation of the environment.
